Just could not go home!

Ok, so we really did not go home. We were on our way back but after moving Chad, we thought what are we going back to? So here we are again at the beach. This time we plan to do minimal projects and really enjoy ourselves. In the last week Shane has already taken a liking to the johnny jumper, which he previously did not do very well in. He has not figured out he can actually jump yet, but at least he will sit quietly with a toy. Oh yeah, we think his 2 front teeth are about to pop. More reasons to keep us up at night. And how do you like the haircut?

Taking a snooze on the porch after all that tough excercise.

First Haircut.

Sadly, we had to leave the beach and we headed back to Richmond to help Uncle Chad move. While we were home Dad decided he could not stand my long hair and GG helped cut it off, while Dad held me still. Mom just sat back in horror, after she made one snip and decided she could not bear to see my hair go!

So far so good.

Don'r worry. We did not save it.

More Beach!

Cool looking trees around here.

We're not afraid of color!!

Keep dreaming (this lots for sale, complete w/boat slip)

Just like Dad...can't tear him away from the computer!

Mom made me wear this hat...And we're inside!

They leave me out here to attract new renters.

Fun in the sun.

More Pics

Happy to see Grandpa!

Another beautufil day (and Michelle wanted to show off her upholstered valances).

And we live in NYC why??? Beware though, beaches tend to be very crowded in winter.

Watching Dad build the valances while I get some fresh air.
It's not all fun and games. We are working too!

Too windy for this sunset business.

Sunset from our deck.

What time is my seaweed wrap??

Still at the beach!

Yesterday was a big day in the Glover household. Shane slept through the night. We were both so thrilled when we realized this at 5:45am when he had not yet awakened to eat, that we could not sleep. So instead we got up to watch the sunrise. Shane joined us just in time and we got some good shots of this rare occasion from our LR sofa. I say rare, because we do not wish to be up doing this often.
