Beach week was a blast. Shane did not seem to mind the sand too much and definitely loved getting in the pool every morning and afternoon, It ended up being a great stall tactic while trying to eliminate one nap from his schedule. In the end, the goal of getting him to sleep later has not yet kicked in. But it was nice having grandparents to take over the early morning hours so we could get a few extra hours in. Shane and Michael were best of buddies and Michael was a great entertainer for him. I could use a six year old every night at dinner time.
