Video: On the Move.

Guess who's crawling? He actually started the week of May 4th so it was a great Mother's day present. He is still cautious when it comes to hard floors vs rug, but he is definitely getting the hang of it and is eager to pull himself up to stand. He is still very clumsy and falls quite a bit. It took this long to get the video up b/c I must watch him like a hawk now. It is true-they show you exactly what needs baby-proofing. Whatever free moments I thought I once had are gone. Everyone told us it would become harder at this stage but we are just thrilled!!!

April Updates.

Shane seems ever so close to crawling but we have been saying that for what seems like weeks. He is able to roll from his back to stomach and then push himself up on all fours. Sometimes he moves forward a few inches unassisted but he mostly prefers to push back to sitting. But it is more than we had last month!! He sometimes does a few funny yoga poses while making these transitions--downward dog for those of you familiar with the lingo. And he did not learn this from me. It is quite funny!!!
